Meditation: Sit comfortably and visualise a red light at the base of your spine.

Meditation: Visualise an orange light in your lower abdomen.


Affirmation: “I am creative and passionate.”


 

Solar Plexus Chakra (Manipura)


Meditation: Focus on a yellow light in your upper abdomen.


Affirmation: “I am confident and powerful.”


 

Heart Chakra (Anahata)


Meditation: Visualise a green light in the center of your chest.


Affirmation: “I am loved and loving.”


 

Throat Chakra (Vishuddha)


Meditation: Picture a blue light at your throat.
