Clairvoyance is the ability to receive intuitive information through visual images. In this post, I’ll share exercises and techniques to enhance your clairvoyant abilities.


Exercises to Develop Clairvoyance:


1. Visualisation Practice:

• Spend time each day visualizing scenes in your mind’s eye. Start with simple objects and gradually move to more complex images.


2. Meditation:

• Practice meditation to quiet your mind and enhance your ability to receive visual information.


3. Dream Journaling:

• Keep a journal by your bedside and record your dreams upon waking. Pay attention to any visual symbols or messages.


4. Third Eye Activation:

• Focus on your third eye (the area between your eyebrows) during meditation. Visualize it opening and radiating light.


5. Practice with Objects:

• Hold an object and try to see images or impressions related to its history or owner.
