Non-Refundable Purchases) All purchases for spiritual readings are non-refundable unless the appointment is cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. (2. Cancellation Policy) We understand that sometimes, plans change. If you need to cancel your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice prior to your scheduled reading. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will not be eligible for a refund. (3. Rescheduling) If you provide at least 24 hours’ notice, I will be happy to reschedule your appointment to a more convenient time.
